Seller and acceptance
These Terms & Conditions are between you and ShaZam Racing (the seller of PhotoFinishPRO software services and photo downloads). By using the site, creating a race account, purchasing photos, or submitting timing data, you agree to these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
What we provide
PhotoFinishPRO is a race-day photo matching and delivery platform. Race timers and photographers upload photos and timing results; the service matches bib numbers, brands images, and makes galleries and downloads available to athletes and spectators.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, fraud, spam, intellectual-property infringement, security interference, malware, probing, scraping, or any activity that harms the service or other users. Timers are responsible for the rights to upload and distribute the photos they publish.
Accounts and security
Race timer accounts are invite-only or created by authorized staff. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Payments and subscriptions
PhotoFinishPRO subscriptions and photo downloads are sold by our online reseller, Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all orders and handles payments, billing, tax, subscription management, cancellations, and refunds. Refund policy
Photo downloads and subscription payments come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, request a refund through Paddle at paddle.net or contact us at info@shazamracing.com. Refunds revoke access to any downloaded content.
Intellectual property
ShaZam Racing owns the PhotoFinishPRO software, branding, documentation, and all associated intellectual property. Race organizers and photographers retain ownership of the photos they upload and grant us only the rights needed to host, process, display, and deliver those photos through the service.
Service level
We aim to keep the service running smoothly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Features such as AI bib reading, email delivery, and third-party timing-system integrations depend on external factors and may occasionally be delayed or inaccurate.
Termination and suspension
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ShaZam Racing's liability is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the six months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits, data loss, or goodwill, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Illinois, USA. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in Cook County, Illinois.
